Job Description

Candidate must be career-focused, have leadership and management experience and be able to demonstrate successes in previous management positions. We are looking to grow our management team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Committing to company core values and mission.
  • Implementing company standard operationg procedures at a high level.
  • Accountable for various success metrics.
  • Meet or exceed established goals.
  • Oversight of daily operations in collaboration with other managers, area managers and operations manager.
  • Ability to perform all tasks required of technicians.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding and training of team members.
  • Foster a positive work culture.
  • Engage in professional development activities.

Wages and Benefits

  • $50,000-$60,000 annual salary base
  • Bonuses earned based on successful achievement of metrics. [Current management team earning between $4,000-$12,000]
  • Profit sharing based on net income requirements
  • Paid time off
  • Employer contributes portion of medical and dental insurance
  • Employer pays 100% of $10,000 term life policy
  • 401K participation. Employer matches when net income requirements are met.
